Brian began in Ministry in 1992. He has served at two churches, The Oaks Fellowship (Dallas, TX 1992-1999) and First NLR (North Little Rock, AR 1999 - Present).
Brian founded High Voltage Kids Ministry Resources in 1998, which creates and provides Kids Church Curriculum, Music, Games, Videos, and more to churches around the world.
He is the author of I Blew It!, a Kidmin Leadership book that helps others avoid the biggest mistakes in Kids Ministry; Kidminnovation, an e-book that challenges every Kidmin Leader to discover the creativity that lives inside them; and Talk Now And Later, a book to help parents lead their kids through life's most difficult topics. Corinne is a Children’s Pastor at Desert Springs Church in Chandler, AZ. She received her call to kid’s ministry when she was only ten years old, and has been involved in kid’s ministry ever since then. With 25 years of educational experience, Sean Sweet is a leading voice for preteens in the church today. Beginning as a public school teacher with 4th & 5th graders and then shifting to a church-based job, Sean has passionately worked with kids 9-12 his entire adult life.
Sean currently serves as a Preteen Pastor in his local church where he has been on staff since 2001. Marie is Co-Founder of Nathaniel's Hope, a growing national ministry dedicated to sharing hope and encouragement with kids with special needs (VIP Kids) and their families as well as educating and equipping local churches to reach out and minister to these families.
Marie served as a youth minister on church staffs for 10 years before becoming a mom to a child with multiple special needs. The gift of Nathaniel has given her a unique perspective of the needs of a family impacted by disability and the understanding of how "inexperienced" churches can practically welcome and include those with disabilities.
Nathaniel's Hope has developed many programs to assist VIP families and help people engage with those impacted by disability, including Buddy Break - a fast growing national network of churches working together to provide free respite care to VIP kids and their families.
Marie and her husband Tim live in Orlando and are celebrating 25 years of marital bliss. They have 3 children; Brianna (21) Ashley (19) and their son Nathaniel (4,5) who resides in heaven.
