You’ll gain hands-on training designed to equip you for real-life ministry to kids and families.
The KidMin Academy Diploma Program features twelve core modules that combine academic excellence with ministry know-how.
This well-rounded certification gives you the confidence, skills, and credentials to lead well.
Whether you’re new to ministry or looking to grow, KidMin Academy will take you to the next level.
Since 2014, Wesley Seminary and KidzMatter have partnered together to equip children’s ministry leaders for the call God has placed on them as they lead kids and families to Jesus.
Wesley Seminary provides an easy pathway to a fully accredited undergraduate or graduate degree. Any KidMin Academy graduate receives a scholarship of $1,500 toward a graduate degree at Wesley Seminary or a discounted rate for a bachelor’s degree at Wesley Seminary.
Most KidMin Academy graduates who continue with Wesley Seminary have gone into the Master of Arts in Ministry degree with the Children, Youth and Family Ministry specialization.

Guest Faculty Teaching
You’ll kick things off by learning from a top-notch guest faculty member—an experienced leader who brings a fresh voice and real-world insight into the topic of the month.
These teachings will challenge and inspire you with wisdom you can actually use in your ministry.
In week two, we’ll meet together for a live class where we’ll help you dig deeper into the topic, answer questions, and share stories and strategies from over 25 years in ministry.
We love this time with our students—it’s real, interactive, and always full of practical takeaways.
This is where the rubber meets the road.
You’ll take what you’re learning and put it into practice with a hands-on workshop or real-life ministry assignment.
Our goal isn’t just to teach you, but to help you apply what you learn so you can grow in confidence and skill.
